Our story begins with Lisa Milonas, founder and soul of this company, who since her arrival in Spain in 1998 has dedicated her life to connecting people with homes that reflect their lifestyle. With more than two decades of experience in the industry and a deep knowledge of the real estate market, Lisa has built strong relationships based on trust, respect and a real understanding of each client's needs. Her ability to communicate in German, English and Spanish -in addition to French and Dutch- has been key to create an international network of clients and collaborators, always with a direct, friendly and personalized service.
This dream gained strength thanks to the support of Freddy Bustamante, whose positive energy and optimistic vision were the impetus needed to bring Luxus Real Estate to life. Together, they not only built a brand: they built a way of working, of living the business and of being close to people.
Today, we have a human team that is a fundamental part of our essence. In 2016 Sarah San Miguel joined us, our key player in management and customer service, always ready to listen, solve and accompany with a unique warmth. In 2021 Paola Sirera joined us, with a fresh, professional and stylish approach, transforming each operation into a simple and satisfactory experience. And since October 2024, Anastasiia Bidzhelova brings her international outlook, her dedication and her mastery of Russian, English and French, further enriching the service we offer.
After almost twenty years, Luxus Real Estate has established itself as a reference in the purchase, sale and rental of exclusive properties in the north of the Costa Blanca.
